- 24 hour cancellation policy. In order to avoid a cancellation charge of your 1st night’s room and tax you must cancel 24 prior to your date of arrival. If we do not receive your cancellation before 3:00 pm on the day of arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee.
- You must be 21 years old to register (Unless you are traveling with your guardian
everyone in room must be 21 years or older.)
- No pets allowed. If law is broken cleaning charges will be assessed.
- Smoking in non-smoking rooms will result in cleaning charges.
- Cash paying customers must present a valid credit card at check-in.
- 4 people is the maximum allowed in a room.
- Tax exempt guests must provide ID at check-in.
- Telephone access is $.50.
- Check-in us at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
